John told me that it would take a week to make my chip. A month and a half later it finnaly comes.
I put it in and NOTHING wont start, After trying for ten min it finnaly started and ran like s**t super rich 9-1, black smoke out of the pipe and popped.
I then put back my chip and it ran much better. I did this several times just to make sure.

I dont know what this guys problem is but he has f**ed many people on here.
I will NEVER do anything with him again.
If anyone deals with him BEWARE!!!!

i don't really think a bad chip is really screwing anyone. you can buy a chip, but every engine is different. if you want a chip, get with one of the tuners nolan for example. he can tune you if you give him the datalogs.
really think you are calling somebody something a bit to easy with just a "chip"

did you take the ECM fuses out after the swap for 10 mins?

I asked him to change Ultimate V2 chip for #65 injectors that is it!
My ultimate chip runs fine with #50 injectors, i put in #65 injectors.
There are others that he f**ed up the same way!

It is very simple for someone that knows what they are doing when burning chip.

so why didnt you do it yourself? Waller has been around here a looooong time, burnt my chip, I have no issues, IIRC he also just had twins soooo maybe your chip wasnt the first thing on his mind, SYTY's arent the only things he does you know

Hey just because someone been here long time does not mean that they know what they are doin!!
We all have something to do! If you dont have time then you let people know!!

he burnt my old chip no problem. all i keep hearing is newbs complaining. he like most the rest of our supports do this on the side, not as a living type thing. so give him a chance he should make it right. the problem with ordering a chip is that its more of a guess than a perfect science.

I wanted everyone to know my exp. with him so that others know what kind of work they can expect from him.

Let me tell everyone on here something, I came here to share and try to help and get help with my TY. I like everyone until they do something like this (Waller)
You may think that he is a great guy maybe even god, however when you promise something , you do it, and if for some reason you cant, you let your customers know. You do not send them something that does not work!

I dont have the know how to do it myself that is why i asked John if he can do it for me, and he said that yes he can.
All he had to do is change #50 injectors to #65 injectors on the Ultimate V2 chip.

i am not getting between a war but honestly when you get into any kind of building something other than stock you need to accept things will happen for sure,maybe he did make a mistake ask him to fix it,if he dosent find someone else,maybe he did make a mistake,or maybe you have some other kind of issues with your truck?

x2, a resolution tells you a lot more about one's character than a problem, then again, so does a public flogging of someone who has their own sub-forum to address such issues.

I'm with cloneman about not getting in the middle, but my sentiments echo NecroWolf's.

Maybe i made a mistake for letting everyone know my exp. with Waller.
Maybe i should have kept quite and let you experience the same kind of treatment. But no, You see i care about people and dont want others to get same treatment.

Maybe John will learn to improve and to how treat his customers!

The only way to avoid problems is to buy Big Stuff 3! Call Harry Anderson and he'll tune your truck and your done. No more chips, burning, changing injectors, or B/S

I had ultimate chip, truck never ran right, after Big Stuff 3 for 3 years no problems and runs awesome. Changed injectors, motors, cams and couple key strokes and all done.

Big Stuff 3 + Harry Anderson = Happiness

Other than changing that cam, almost exact same engine config. With big stuff program you will be in the mid 11's on pump gas all day. I had GT35R with custom cam by Harry Anderson. ran 11.2 and 11.3 all day. 80-100 air intake temps.

412 is too small a cam though, but im sure Harry could work his magic and stilll get you in the 11's on safe pump gas tune.
