just upgraded and had to make plates to replace these. its the speaker, bezel, and ashtray assembly. both sides. only one ash tray though. no rips in the mesh. not cracked either. SOLD EDIT: one bezel is cracked on top edge. easily repairable with a small bit of super glue.
