I looked at that this morning. That thing is awesome. What is the turbo attached to? LS1? Bet it's fun getting traction in that thing.

The crushed velvet was most unexpected. It gave me a good idea on how to hide the dirty engine bay in my syclone the next time I go to a show.

Did you guys see the Suburban at the GMPP booth?

It had the dual ram air hood, LSX?, Zo6 brakes and SLP air force exhaust.
Built from lots of one off parts, SS front end on it.
That is one of the owners from silveradoss.com NOT a gm vehicle!
They invited him to park with them when they saw his ride!

i asked if any of them noticed any SyTys running around and they just dodged my question.
lol
I'm not really anyone but a stock truck owner over there so I am sure they just disregard my color commentary.

Oh well!

Sorry I missed it looks like a bash for sure!

Crushed red velvet interior... Crushed red velvet bed rug... Can RenzFab make me a bracket kit to hold the crushed red velvet engine shroud on?

Built 400+ inch small block, if I remember right. Supposedly, ran in the 8s.

He ran it down to Porky's for the cruise festivities, too.

It's too bad the St. Paul cops attack you if you even rev the motor down there. I can understand the need to maintain some order down there, but their approach is a bit over the top...

Me likey!!!

I walked right past it, thinking it was just a GM floor model... didn't realize the implications.
Neat.

I thought it was really ironic that the centerpiece of the GMPP booth was an.... Oldsmobile.
Felt like asking the guy... "You do remember you killed this Marque, right?" They even had an olds engine in the engine gallery.

Jim's Ty (95extreme) was supposed to be at the GMPP booth too. Hopefully the LSX issues can get sorted out soon. Got to see it in the garage while we were trying to get the LT1 working in the Xtreme... it's really nice.

I'm gonna assume you were taking a picture of the trucks and not the jailbait.

Anybody get a chance to talk to the guy with the red Syclone?

I saw him cruising the fairgrounds but never saw it parked.

By the way, it WASN'T a Marlboro...

I got a chance to look at my photos and the red Syclone with black ZR1 rims had Minnesota dealer plates on it...
