TYTILIDIE

I know I said I wouldn't post here again but this was an awesome kill I thought. I was on my way to the store to get dinner a little bit ago and as I am humming along I see a black C5 trying to make his way through traffic to maybe catch up with me. I slowed down and let the guy catch up to me. As he was catching up I "knew" he was going to get on it because I could swear on my life I heard a NOS purge. When I looked over I didn't see anything but he did indeed get on it and so did I. He was about a car out when the truck actually down shifted and took off. His 2/3 shift (I assume) kick the rear out a bit and the car sounded nasty over all which made me think he might have a few things done to it.
So I start catching him at about 75 but kind of slowly. Ran out of room and had to let it go. Well, I was on my way to the store and had to turn so I waved him to follow in hopes to catch a light on the next road. To my surprise, he followed and wouldn't you know it, we catch the light I had hoped to catch. He asked the usual " is it a real Ty", Twin turbo"? those kinds of questions. Unfortunately, I didn't ask him anything about his car as I was too busy watching the other light so I could spool the truck up. So finally the light turns yellow and I smash the gas. Once we hit green, I let it go about 8psi. I got a few cars off out of the hole as usual. Well, when I hit 100, this guy was 10 cars back:rotf: I let off since I had to turn soon to hit the store. He pulls up shaking his head and saying how bad ass the Ty was. I gave him a thumbs up and told him hey man, I gotta head to the store now.
Funny thing about this was that my Ty is only running 12-13psi. I am so excited, not so much because I beat a C5 Vette but because my truck is no where near its potential yet. I am looking real forward to getting this thing dialed in.
