Hallet raceway

Well I finally got to go to a road race..... And all I can say is if you havent done this you need to. Best time of the day was a 1:44.14 It is a 1.8 mile track with 10 turns, It is verry rough on brakes. and all I had was the cheapest pads that you can get form napa. Needless to say they didnt like it. I came off the track once with them smoking I guess it is time to do the ls1 upgrade because I am hooked!!

Overall Greg, how did you end up doing? Make it back to AR. in one piece? :lol: I know you didn't leave Eufaula hungry!

I didnt do to bad. 12th out of 43. We didnt break much. only the brakes. If anyone is around Eufaula you need to go by and have some great food. Man it hurt to get back in the truck after the meal I had there.

If im ever by Eufaula, I probably made a wrong turn, or got on the wrong plane. :lol:

Yeah I keep thinking that too but everytime I open my eyes, I'm still here! :lol:

I might have a chance to do Road Atlanta this summer in my STi. I'd be racing against, and maybe also in, some new bmw's and other comparable cars. Should be a good time. Oh yea....all day for FREE is always good too :tup:

Race preped zo6 (guess I got even for that one he he), c6 vette head and cam car on race rubber,couple of race preped m5's,cammed 96 camaro on race rubber, couple mazda's one with a turbo, gti, and a 03 cobra.
