Wow, what a fun and yet relaxing time. Good to get to see you guys again and a special thanks to the guys behind the scenes(Tony - Pelle13, Ken - Warmpancakes, Shawn - Beavis, etc) who spent countless hours planning and coordinating. Wish I could have stayed for the entirety of the event but was glad I could attend for the greater part of it. The cars and coffee meet was refreshing and the Lingenfelter collection was jaw-dropping. Specially enjoyed the track experience with Brandon and his father (great folks)! Already looking forward to our next rendezvous.

P.S. - Special thanks to Jarvis and other willing participants who risked their personal safety to lift a long block with last minute notice into the back of Pete's SS....without dropping it . Hoping his Ty is soon up and running again with Alex's help.

Good post Shawn.

It was great to see/meet a bunch of you. It was a great time Saturday both at the Lingenfelters Cars and Coffee, as well as their personal tour of his private car collection. Some very interesting cars for sure! It was nice to meet Ken Lingenfelters and Steve from PAS as well. A pair of real nice guys.

I was a little bummed that Friday was rained out at the track. Was looking forward to making a couple of fast passes. Oh well...got to drive a few people around and lay some nice stripes on the way to the private car collection (did anyone get any pics?).

Thank you for the nice drama - free event!

One thing I learned if you are go karting and a Canadian wants to pass let them or they will put you in the wall actually slightly under it

Great event, thanks to everyone who put this on.

It was nice to put faces with names but unfortunately I could only attend the morning car show.

:rotf:I had an awesome time! It was great to meet everyone. Special thanks to the OH, PA, NJ caravan and The Canadians! My truck lost fuel pressure about 8ish miles from the hotel and everyone quickly worked together to get me safely into a parking lot. Then called in Canadian roadside assistance. Great guys! Thanks again! Also to the Michigan crew for setting everything up, Tom @ Sportmachines for the cool stuff and tool rental! It was an amazing experience! Lots of info, cool story's, cool cars/ trucks and most of all great people. Oh and the raffle was great too...:rotf:..( I won like 10 times :dunno:) I will be attending future HC's.:syty:

Canadian aaa takes a-boot half the time American aaa does.

And the cheese isn't called Canadian cheese. It's just orange.

Event was great and big thanks to all who planned it, including some of their wife's and kids. Was great to see some new faces and some old ones too. Weather was great except for Fridays rain and wind. Cars and coffee had some neat stuff and the lingerfelder collection was amazing. And theTilted kilt girlies had some nice boobies.

Re: HC 2014 Review

As many have mentioned a BIG THANKS to all who spent their time working on this event. It was a great addition to have the two private tours of really special cars, and to listen to Steve from PAS with some first hand stories was rare treat. HC is always a blast, thanks for the fun weekend!
