The door cladding is held on by pop rivets. They are located on the bottom edge of the cladding. Keeping the rivets from spinning is the hardest thing in removal. I had better luck by drilling slowly. The top of the cladding is held in place by it resting on top of plastic discs that are attached to the door. Once the bottom rivets are drilled out the cladding lifts up and off the disc.
