Sale of my Syclone

To all who have a comment: I have owned my Syclone since 1995. It has 61K miles on it and has been in storage (a lot) for the last 25 years. It has had some sheet metal replacements (driver: door & front fender) and some repaint: bed, drivers door and fender. Everything else is stock.
I would appreciate some opinions what might be a fair price for a new owner.

Hard to say without pictures, but if it is a really clean stock truck high 20's maybe 30k wouldn't be crazy

Rust? Why did it have paint and body work?
