I just did a search on stage one snow performance kits. I think it's non progressive, just works off a micro switch at full throttle or off an adjustable boost level you set.

Ya it's non progressive. It has an adjustable boost valve that goes to the intake manifold and triggers the pump. part #SNO-20001
