Bearings? In a ball Joint? since when? :roll: lets see some test Data, or metallurgical reports? The numbers on the over the counter parts and yours are the same,
What I meant was that the internal design of the ball joint is often different - we use a 1 piece ball stud whereas many competitors use a 2 piece ball stud (one piece is much stronger). We polish the ball while competitors "rock tumble" them.
The part numbers are the same because we both use the Moog numbering system - it is the industry standard system for ease of identification.
We use SAE4130 steel for the ball studs and SAE1045 for the housings - competitors use low carbon steel instead.
I don't have the testing figures for the SyTy ball joints in front of me. What I can give you is the S10 2WD figures.
