Well I got this setup but the remote start seems to be programmed correctly but it doesn't even attempt to start. Though my lights flash.

Does a Typhoon need that bypass thingy?

I thought it was for anything after 2000?

PS I ended up going with the Compustar 2w900 for 166 off of ebay.

no theft on a ty,there is a loop wire on the box cant remeber if you need to cut it for auto or for 5 speed check that fisrt,did you learn tach?

If you go with the viper 5101 or better you can add the i phone smart start app. You can then start your car,lock,unlock pop hatch etc. from anywhere you have cell service. thus eliminating range issue. Plus its cool. Smart start mods will ship November 23rd. Best buy has them now but i wouldn't trust them to install it. I have done 3 of them that best buy sent to me to install because they couldn't do it.
