Reclocking PTE Turbo

How do you reclock a PTE turbo? I'm sure its simple, but I'd rather not f it up and just ask.

The issue with the link is that url format changed slightly when update in 2005. This isn't a problem when searching but when an older post with an old syty.net link, the link is dead.

Reclocking the turbo, isn' t it basically loose the clamp that holds the exhuast & compressor housing and spin the turbo (make take some effort to break it initally free, depending how long it has been in that position.)

its a brand new PT67dbb turbo, and i'm getting a mccoy a2a intercooler, my downpipe is a PTE so i need the wastegate bracket to line up correctly.

correction, i got the turbo clocked the way i want, won't know for sure until my intercooler gets here, but my wastegate arm doesn't look right for some reason.
