So who all showed and whats the plan for tonight? Sorry, I went with some "amigos" from work and wound up downtown somewhere and just woke up 40 minutes ago and I am now at work. :tdown: But a few cups of coffee and 8pm tonight and I will be ready to do it all over again...without the work tomorrow. :tup:

The rain messed us up for friday night racing but Me, JSManufacturing, tnsyty, 2kwik4u, Mike H., syclone383, ashman and the rest of the 'bama crew showed up anyways. We did at least get to hang out and get some beer and wings. Today JSManufacturing, tnsyty, 2kwik4u, Mike H., Jimmy, jabberwalk, Christina and I all grilled/ate some burgers (laughed at me burning off all the hair on my right arm.:lol: ) drooled over Jeff's new chip and just hung out. It was a small little gathering but it was alot of fun. Jason (jabberwalk) was already asking me when we where going to do it again. Thanks for coming out guys. I'll post some pics up soon.

We had a good little get together.Except for the dog ruining Madison's day.
Now for the accolades. I cannot fathom the amount of wisdom,knowledge,and tenacity that has been applied to this new tuning program.It is above and beyond anything that I have ever experianced.To me it's like the metamorphosis of that goofy,stupid,ugly chick you went to school with (the off the shelf "chips" that are available now) then seeing her 3 years later looking like a Playboy centerfold

The auto tuning is almost erotic.Jeff was kind enough to run it on my truck,and within minutes I could not believe the results.It's like suddenly making a retard into a genius. CLICK CLICK. DAMN!
My truck has ALWAYS stumbled a bit during part throttle cruising (cause I run it rich to be safe) Jeff records soma data,clicks a couple times and it is cruising as smooth as a newborn baby's butt. Cadillac style. :thumbsup:
After about an hour of calibration,it seems like I have a different truck.Since I've owned it,it has always pulled 20" of vacuum @ idle.When Jeff was done it was rock solid on 22" of vac with no stumble..HOLY SHIT. And we still needed 3 more hours of calibrating. :shocked:
Here I am,running closed loop on a WB with our raggedy old POS ECM that these guys have pumped up on steroids,and it is the best thing since sliced bread.Hat's off to all the guys that have developed,and are testing this historic piece of equipment.I have no doubt that it will revolutionize tuning as we know it.

Hmm, gets rid of the low end stumble from big injectors, nice. Once you guys get it down, I may rid myself of the utlimate.
I had a great time, it is always nice seeing more than just your own truck everyday. I put 86 dollars in the tank since Thursday, and I only live an hour away!

my experience with the new code and this weekend...my WB went balls up a few days ago, so i was running open loop for the trip up to Nashville and back home. I filled up before i left and still had ~1/4 tank showing when i got home with 330 miles on the trip odo. the last time i checked a complete tank, under COMPLETELY DIFFERENT driving conditions, i got 259 for a complete tank (truck dead, fuel can fill up in the parking lot of a grocery store). SO, i'm completely astounded by this much increase and this is still in open loop, tuned roughly for 14.7 afrs at cruise.

Sorry I bailed out on you all and didnt show up to the gathering. I would have been great to check you all out but it just didnt work. I hope to make a future gathering at Joe's garage, should one occur.
