Re: help me with turbo

is not a 9.2 a bit high? Check out deroit turbo, RPM or turbotime. all have some very nice kits. E-mail them your setup and they can tell you whats best for what you have.

Keep in mind with a higher compression ratio, you're going to really want to watch your intake temperatures. Alcohol injection might be a must for you... and never run anything less than premium fuel.

My Garrett biased info:
The turbo that you choose should be based on the actual power that you're trying to make. Do you want to stay around stockish power range? A GT-28 will keep you along the same power area as stock. A GT-30 would provide enough flow for an increase in power from stock. Not a lot of people are using the Garrett line of turbos yet, but in my opinion, they're the best. Also, because not very many people are using them, there isn't as much "bolt-on" capability as with something from PTE, which a lot of people are using, and there is comparatively a "lot" of bolt-on possibilities.

Gunna need alcohol injection just to run about 15psi with 9.2:1 compression!!! Probably make for stronger low end acceleration and the turbo would help for upper rpms.
