Ok so I'm minding my own business out on a Sunday after noon drive....who am I kidding I went looking for it and found it. I was getting gas and this new GT pulls in right next to me. So the guy and his girl get out and start gassin up. I ask him what year his car is his girl jumps in and says its an 07 and it kicks @ss. So I ask him if its stock and he says yes but its quick. His girl shoots he mouth off and says it'll beat that little s-10, I told her that I would run them but I only have a V6. She said its ok we'll go easy on you. I told her dont go easy, just try to keep up. They both laughed and we proceeded to the street. We finally get a light and its along one. His windows are down so I start spoolin it up and I know he cant help but hear it, (I have my et streets and a whole tank of straight methanol). So by now the turbo is holding 10psi and all hell breaks loose when the light changes. I have never launched at 10lbs and well once my eyes adjusted to the launch all I heard was my wastgate dumping at 22psi and pulling cars on him. We had a least an 1/8th mile run and at no time did he gain any ground on me. So we get to the next light and his girl is...well she's quite now. He laughs and says that he has never seen a truck leave that hard before, he said he would keep an eye out for the "Syclone" from now on.
