Just look on Ebay for a 1" spacer. It's only a little more than 1/8" wider than an exact fit. Otherwise I have seen some places that will custom size a spacer for you.
Try to see if you can find some that are hub-centric as this will help ensure a smooth ride when your wheel/tire combo is balanced.

I bought my 3/8" spacers from this place.

You also want to match the front with the rear wheels. If the front wheels have the same offset, I would do 1 1/4"

Ya, do a 1 1/4" spacer. That way you don't have to cut any studs. Just bolt right on.
