how do you attach this to original plate??? weld it or just put on it?

I want factory Gold "Typhoon" and Red "TURBO" if you can send it to japan, how much?

The plates are attatched by a 2 part epoxy. (Used by pro head porters to repair where they have gone too far or place tubes for head bolts to go through) Very tough and perminate. Mix the two parts together with a bit of water put on the bottom side of the plate.. and place on the top of the stock intake plenum. Let set for 8hrs or so.
*This all comes with instructions*

I'd need your address there in Japan... should not be a problem.
