Your options are limited in the factory size. You’re not going to find anything close to the original tire tread. You may find someone who has original tires in good shape but some tire shops won’t mount tires that old. Good luck.

I would get some more detailed pictures. Trying to sell a truck? Post at least 20-25 pictures, underhood, chassis, etc.. a running truck is worth more than one that doesn’t run but with your lack of pics people won’t pay much.
