I think someone posted the second picture on here years ago. As I recall from then the Syclones were the returned Saudis being modified for the US. The time stamp on the photo looks like "93."

From what I remember the Saudis originally had the O2 sensors disabled. If I remember correctly the wiring was cut before shipment. They also had a resonator in place of the catalytic convertor because Saudi Arabia still used leaded gasoline in 1991. The 31 Saudi Syclones that returned to GM...
