Typhoon Driver and Passenger seat gears slipping

Both of my front seats are slipping when I am sitting in them and trying to adjust them - driver's side worse than passenger. I suspect the gears are stripped (plastic?), but without disassembling the seat I have not way of knowing. Because of some physical issues I am not capable of doing this these days (79 years has taken a toll).
And finding a replacement motor has proven to be difficult given its age.

All suggestions welcome. I want to continue driving my Typhoon - bought new in 1994 and it has been super reliable through 125,000+ miles.

I have two sets of manual driver side seat tracks. You won't have the power adjustment any longer, but the tracks wouldn't slip or wiggle. They are bolt in replacement for the existing power track although the plastic trims are different and I don't have the manual track trim. (I may have one in red. You can paint it.)

The passenger side are always manual (not power) tracks. There are two types. Fixed that only adjust using the knob and for the 2-door Utility (Typhoon) the seat also releases and slides forward when the seat back is pushed forward. I've never seen or heard of the passenger side tracks developing looseness. Is it possible that the cable from the seat back is holding the track in the released position at all times, and it freely slides fore and aft? I have one set of each passenger side type, but I doubt your passenger side needs replacing.

To change out the driver side tracks isn't more than a 45 minute job if the truck isn't rusty which a born-in-Texas truck probably isn't. Anyone that has a 13 and 15mm socket and wrench and can lift 45 pounds should be capable of doing it. Even the guy that does your oil changes should be able to help you.

You may have the tracks I have if you want to use them. Shipping is probably $35-$45. I'll put an envelope in the package, send me back the shipping cost. Give me a week or so to respond to a PM, I don't check-in here very frequently any longer.
