1992 Ty 2017 Randolph Ohio swap meet

Saw this for sale at the Randolph swap meet today. It's about an hour east of Cleveland. Guy lives in Lorain, about half hour west of Cleveland. Says its got 140k on it. Selling for 10k. Looks ok but have a gut feel the fresh looking paint is covering something.

Admins, posted in "sighting" vs "for sale" as I wasn't promoting the sale bit rather the find.

I agree. There is another black/grey for sale in Ohio from a forum member that looks like a better deal.

Brian (sy1177) saw this a few weeks ago too.

Yeah, the truck did look good when i saw it but he did mention some rust repair before the paint job.

just passed this truck a few min ago, id rather have the other blk/gry with the classics.

Yeah, I hear ya. The guy is looking for a quick sale though and he did toss out a pretty low number if you were interested. The truck did have some rust issues at one time though so I would suggest a thorough inspection before buying.

He stopped out at my place today. It runs and drives nice, interior is clean. Both front cab mounts look like they were replaced, but it would be a nice driver. Even better if it didn't have the wrong stickers in the wrong location.

im interested in this, although quite a haul to go look at it, i wish i had more info on the rust before paint, and how good the paint looks less then 10 feet and or info on the actual paintjob itself.
