Hey guys I just installed the AEM Tru Boost controller the other day and have some questions. I know there are mixed reviews on this controller but I want to give it a good try since I just bought it. I dont like to just give up. I am having trouble breaking 5.2 psi. What do I need to do to the settings to increase this boost? I have been messing around with the settings but cant get it figured out. Thanks in advance.

You have to remember, the settings are in percentages.

Mine is around 60-65% & I get 24 psi. I also run a wastegate spring w/a base boost pressure of 15 psi.

What are you setting the % to ?

anybody know what the spring rate pressure should be set at for a PTE-HD Internal wastegate?
I'm guessing 18psi.

in my research, and personal experimentation; when you turn the controller off, then make a run. whatever the max boost made there is the aprox spring rate.
