I installed my blitz bov today, but cant get the adjustment right!! Turn the screw one way and it lets out the boost, the other way it doest open and release the pressure? Anyone have any trouble with there adjustments? I have it now that it is tight but releases some boost, but when i let off the gas I still hear the turbo shutter??!! Would this have anything to do with the vacumm line, or the valve itself? thanks Vin

I don't use a blitz, but this is how i adjust my HKS ones. Since I am using low boost (under 20lbs) I use one spring and with the engine at idle tighten the adjusting nut untill air stops coming out . Thats it. I don't know if it will help you or not as I am not familier with your bov.

make sure that you connected the vacumm line right. dont connect it to the line that only sees vacumm and no boost.

tap into the vac line that comes out from back of upper manifold and tees off to the map sensor and fuel regulator.
dont tap into the vac line that is near the distributor and runs into the firewall and the other end to vac ball.

We ran into similiar problems with my Greddy Type R BOV. We ended up taking appart the BOV and cleaning it out with WD-40, it was pretty dirty. We cleaned up some vacum lines that were pretty restrictive. Then we just drove arround the block a couple of times with an allan wrench and a pair of pliers to adjust the BOV. Seems to work pretty good now. Hope that helps.
