EGR Delete on stock truck

I did some digging, but honestly the search function is not great. What is everyone's take on an EGR delete on a stock truck? Mostly regarding any reliability concerns or general day to day driving.

I ask, because I plan on re-doing the vacuum lines soon and know this may change the way I'm routing a few things I believe.

Yes infact sportmachines carries 2 versions of the vac hose replacement kit with and without egr, case u didn't know.
