Fast Syclone in Houston area????

I saw a video of a Syclone racing a TT Supra and a Converted Lexus 300C...Was wondering if anyone knew who that is?

BTW..If you havent seen the video the Lexus is probably a high 11 sec or low 10 sec. car and the Supra is probably a high 9 sec. car and the Syclone hangs with them from a roll.
