after testing my 2 ecms and the stock chip my problem had to be my harness
I removed it and checked each section and found that i had mixed up some
5 volt ref wires (which should not have caused any problems).
reinstalling the harness and rechecking the grounds.. i gave her a try she coughed !
I kept getting a cough but no start. I wondered if the IAC was not functioning
so i held the throttle plates with a small pc of wire
OMG it roared into life!
I have a high idle problem 1500 or so and no apparent vac leaks sooooooo
I have a little work yet ahead of me

my Ty idled up like that after i had the battery off of it. Forget which ports on the data hookup it was, but the idle servo needs to be reset ... i want to say it was A and G, but don't quote me on it.

Nope im still grinning from the last time i drove it naturaly asperated
and wasted a (fill in the blank) lol
I will keep updateing as things progress... my goal is to be driving it by the end of the month
