Fog Lamp-Relay Wiring Question

My Fog Lamps and its wiring go nowhere....(see picture below). I can not figure
out if my firewall is missing a couple of relays (since there are holes for something)
and the wires Im holding doent plug into anything. Plus I cant see where the wires
on the fog lamp switch route from inside. Help would be appreciated...

On a side note every time a press my rear hatch dash release it blows a fuse
so I figure power is shorted to ground somewhere as well (unless Im missing
another relay). But thats another story....the fog lamps are my prime focus (at least for today)

Re: Fog Lamp-Relay Wiring Question

If I remember correctly, the fog light wiring is all part of the headlight wiring harness. Did you trace it from the fog lights back to the C100 connector on the firewall? What color are the wires on that plug?

Re: Fog Lamp-Relay Wiring Question

I believe its just the 2 foglight wires going through their own hole in the firewall. The wires are molded into the grommet which comes out right above the steering column I believe. And the wire colors are purple and green and the connection plugs right into the one in your hand. If I were at home I would take a couple pictures for you and check where they originate from

Re: Fog Lamp-Relay Wiring Question

Yes the fog light harness is separate and goes into the cab through its own grommet. The relay is under the dash and they plug into the fuse panel in the top aux plugs, then go up to the switch.

THANKS GUYS...

Really appreciate the help. This has bugged me (or should I say plagued me) for a very long time.
