Fuel cut out?

Hey guys,

Under WOT the fuel cuts out in 1st and second gear.

Under powerbraking (or boost braking) the RPM's won't go higher than 1500 RPMs.

Currently we have replaced/repaired (91 gmc syclone):
New TDO6 turbo with new wastegate and lines running out of it (all double checked)
Rebuilt distributor
Complete tuneup (timing is dead on) cap, rotor, wires, and sparkplugs
Sealed leaky front differential
Intercooler pump is still not working (new one in two days)

What is wrong? How can I fix this problem?

Thanks

may seem basic and perhaps you know this, but you need IMO a half of tank of gas in the clone. The launches throw gas away from fuel pump and its a good way to destroy your motor if continued. just a thought...check your fuel gage. So make sure you have a good half tank in that thing, then try to launch it. I have had that happen in second gear as well as the 1-2 shift is so violent in my truck that its like making a second launch  ----let us know if that helps...could be something that simple. yet I dont' know why you can't get above 1500rmps on launch...do you have the stock TC?

What are the boost levels when it cuts out?

What Chip?

Does it light the Check Engine light at all?

The chip in the car is a pitbull chip.

Boost levels? Well the turbo just starts to spool in first when the fuel cuts out. So no boost during the fuel cut out.

No check engine light. We repair the Code 43 that was popping up and now we still have this problem that doesn't throw a code.

This happens with a full tank of gas and a 3/4 full tank of gas all the way down to 1/4 of a tank (haven't run lower than that).

Yes it is a stock transmission cooler (although I don't see the relevance).

Hope that answers all the questions....any clue?

you didnt by any chance remove the metal rings in the orange turbo inatke hose did you? If you do the hose colapses and cuts off air which feels alot like fuel cutoff. Just thought i would ask because i know someone who did that because they needed to squeeze the hose between some lines when trying to install a cold air kit
