Grabbing during a turn?

When my Ty has the wheel turned almost full lock and I move forwards of backwards it seems like the wheel is dragging/skidding (this is at low speeds of course) since this is my first AWD/4WD vehicle I'm in the dark, can someone please direct me to what i should start inspecting?

I had a RF ABS wheel speed sensor code, but I cleaned it and cleared it so I think it's no longer an issue.

Your Viscous took a shit. They are around $200 for a new one and pretty easy to install. May as well get you a full rebuild kit which is also fairly cheap. You should be able to rebuild the whole T-case for around $500 unless you need specialty parts.
