Hesitation on at like 10# of boost

I just bought the truck. Finally went wide open throttle and it is hesitating at any boost over 10. It probably hasn't had a tune-up in years but what would you look for first?

This forum is pretty dead now. It's my first time back in months. I think there is more activity on Facebook although I would take any advice there with a grain of skepticism because there are a lot of experts there that may not necessarily be experts. First, are you getting any check engine codes? Address those first. Then I would suspect regular tune up stuff ie: plugs, cap, rotor, wires etc., check your fuel pressure and be aware if you are trying to launch it on less than 1/2 a tank of fuel, it will nose over due to fuel slosh starving the pump. If all of that is good, then I would suggest checking your vacuum tubing. Replace any suspect tubing. If all of that is good, then it may be injectors, gasket leak, or a computer issue, or ???

Had this happen was fuel pump related. I dropped the tank and was full of rust clogging the filter. I flushed the tank replaced the filter and wola! took me forever to track this down though! Could also be your fuel pump is taking a dump! cant keep up with the boost. My truck ran fine until I hit 8lbs of boost and up...
