I can invision a Houston, Austin, San Antonio meet in the near future, August perhaps. One day of bbq, cruisin, and racing at a track. Saturday for sure. I say we start in Austin, or Houston for the BBQ and make our way to san antonio raceway for some saturday night racing, from there everyone goes home. I have a handfull of people that would be interested that dont visit the board much.

Sounds good Erik....I probably won't know until the last minute.....but if I'm not working and the rides up and going....I'll do my best to be there.

While I live in Minnesota now, I was born and raised in Houston Hwy6/290 area and I frequent Houston almost once every 2 weeks for a few days. (for work and family/friends) So I would be totally interested in some get together. Not much up here with the frozen north...ugh

This one is recent and tops them all. Im going to Austin tomarow through saturday, was planning on hitting San Antonio today untill i had to fix problems with my heater in my casa. Im taking the Ty to the 1/4 track in baytown next weekend if anyone wants to join. Sometime in April/May i will begin to orginize a very large meet for the entire south Texas region. In attemp to create our own down south nats once a year. We can take it from Austin to Houston to San antone all in one weekend. If anyone has any idea's lets here them now.

All sounds like a good plan Erik. Post the day and time that you're heading out to Baytown. I'll try an make it out there. I won't be in the Sy yet....been working on it every weekend though trying to get everything lined up on it. But I'll run out there with the family and hang with ya. Sy won't be ready for the April/May thing either....but again....I'm all for a good get together. I'm digging the idea of a multi city meet.

Also going to the O'Reily nats in baytown the 30th of april if anyone wants to join. We can buy tickets in a couple weeks to get seats togather. Otherwise i know a trick to get our seats togather. If anyone has never been to a top fuel NHRA race you are missing out if you dont go.
