Impromptu Gathering Request Nov 28 Addison, Tx

[BlazerGT]

This is impromptu invitation for anyone in the Dallas area to meet at Constantin's Restaurant address: 15404 Midway Road, Addison, Texas 75001 on Monday November 28th at around 4:00-5:00 PM (they close at 5:00).

I'll be travelling through on my way back to Houston with SoGT #625 and I always stop there to eat.... only Romanian Restaurant in Texas!

Thanks
Richard

I could probably duck out of work and be there (about 2 mi from my office).

I would love to drop by. I get out of class at 2p.m. and I'm about 25 min. North of there so it's do-able. My Sy doesn't have the cladding on the back end still so it looks pretty sad, but I'm always up for looking at other trucks.

jac,

I think I know where most of the cladding you need is.....new and cheap....give me a call or send me a pm when you get a chance....

I thought you were moving to Funky Town :dunno:

Well, I plan to be there but my truck is a question mark. The coilover conversion and CBR front brakes should be complete, but the 'double-ought secret project' might not be done by then.

Well, I suppose the statement is an oxymoron...

Please stay tuned to this thread for any possible changes to my plans. (Time, date)

But I do recommend the restaurant, so if you get a chance to go some other time, give it a try.

Cancelled! I can't be there!

But go anyway sometime and try the restaurant!

I did move to Funky Town, but the school is 25 min north of Addison. Unfortunately, I couldn't make it either. My Sy has needed a starter for about a year now and the part is sitting up at O'Reilly's but I don't have the $150 to pick it up. The truck has been starting fine though until now. I guess the cold finally did it in. :dunno:
