Injector rail drill bit.

Anyone have any idea if there is a readily available drill bit for making injector holes in fuel rails? I believe there is supposed to be a taper at the end, and maybe a chamfered edge at the top of the hole.

Has anyone used something like this in say a drill press to make the injector holes for fuel rails? Something that wouldn't require a bridgeport?

I did see one awhile back, although I don't think you would get finish required for a good seal without lots of luck.

If you need something special let me know, I have bridgeport in garage... :D

I used a drill bit first and then finished the hole with a .5?? (can't remember exact size) reemer. it seemed to workout fine.
