L35 and stock differences

What are the differences between L35 heads and stockers, specifically the bolt pattern, if any?

I have an L35 block in mine but not totally sure about the heads. The previous owner says they are but I cant see the casting #s.

If you do a search, you can get an idea of flow #'s. They bolt up to stock engine, nothing external diff. about them.
