The noise is quite hard to define but when the truck is in park and you rev it, the noise is not heard. However, when the truck is in gear or when I'm driving the noise is easy to hear. The sound is metallic like metal hitting metal repeatedly. I have a video of poor quality of me power braking it to hear the noise if someone is interested. It runs like butt because it feels like it is pulling timing. I ran 12.9 and then a 13.3 with the sound getting louder. After my 12.9 pass the starter at the tree asked me if my truck was okay 
I'm hoping its easy to fix but nothing I can see is rubbing or broken underneath the hood. Lastly, sitting in the driver's seat, the sound is coming from that side of the engine bay. Any ideas? HELP.
