Picking a number would be inadvisable. You'd be better off tuning it and monitoring for knock. Qbnkiller ran a truck with no intercooler and he was fast. Look at his threads for an idea.

I set my truck up on a pte 39 mm WG. I used a 10# spring on a 61mm precision turbo.
The #10 was way more aggressive then the small factory turbo with 15~psi.
The 10# was a safe route to go. Plus my brother got his hands in my wastegate box and took all my springs. When he took them he took his car to get dynoed and they dyno guy took all my springs. I flipped out @ my brother.it was a real rude thing to do on both ends. Tuner @ my brother. You know I bought the whole kit with all the springs different Colors/combos. He said he'd replace them but it's been like 4 years and he hasn't even driven his car in the same amount time.

Yeah, mine kind of went the other way... when I moved from Memphis to Virginia Beach, I opened my tool box when I got here and had tons of my brothers tools in my box. He's a mechanic. I think over the years in Memphis I never really noticed a wrench here or socket there but once everything was tossed in, I guess I just kind of opened it one day and realized I had a ton of his. So my brother story kind of went the other way. We laugh about it now though. The wastegate and turbo size I was going to use is comparable to what you used. Trans will be a built 200-4r so the tv cable setup will still be used.
