Reading spark plugs???

Just changed the oil and fuel filter in the rig and decided to pull the plugs, only did passenger side though. Came across something very interesting so I figured someone here could lend their expertise. These pics are of the same plug, but only one side seems to be getting fouled. I believe these are the #4 plugs(center on the passenger side). Sorry to sound stupid but am drawing a blank right now on which side is which.

The rest of the plugs on the passenger side are fine, they all look like the clean side of this one. I have run about 6 tanks of gas with 92 octane since complete tune-up. Only had "spirited" driving on about 3 tanks though.

Not very good a reading plugs so I figured you guys would know what might be causing this more than me.

Thanks

I've found that that type of antisieze will make marks similar to that.

but I've also found that the direction of the ground strap can really affect the "look" of the plug.... you might want to think about indexing them.... :x
