what mods if any do u need to do to stock valve covers to fit like crane roller rockers

None, it fits.

Stockers are big, they will fit alot of diff RR's, vortecs are small will not fit most RR's with out a spacer.

Just a quick tip for anyone that may have clearance problems, I just double the gaskets under the valve covers if I need the room, works great. I use this method on my big block chevelle, firebird formula, and v-8 monza. Great way to keep stock valve covers and go for that stock stealth look.
