i was on my way back from seeing my girlfriend in Boone, NC and was returning to Johnson City, TN. I spotted a sy way ahead of me. it turned off and i tried to see if i could catch up to it. i eventually saw it again going the other way on another street as i was going down a one way road so i couldn't pull a U-turn. i circled back around but lost it.
