Syclone in or near Elizabeth City N.C.

I saw a Syclone at Northeast Dragway in Winfall N.C. on Aug 16th. Only visible mod was chrome ZR1 rims (11s in back). The truck was absolutely immaculate. Northeast is an 1/8 mile track and the truck was running mid 8s all night until rain shut us down. The guy said he was running off his pace because he was having trouble building boost at the line. The weather conditions werent exactly stellar either as I was running .3 off my typ. 1/8 mile pace. Seeing this truck up close and personal is the reason I'm now looking into getting a Syclone, it was flawless.

That was my truck (SY 1373) at Northeast Dragway. Thanks for the props on the condition. Serious boost creep at anything over a 0 psi launch that night resulted in 8.40's. Last trip to that track netted consistent 8.002 - 8.005 (but I couldn't buy a 7.9).

I have seen two other Syclones at Northeast on the spectators side (both running stock rims). Also, the track owner owns a Sy.

I haven`t seen a Syclone in a long time. The last one I saw was a customer at Bryan Pontiac in Fayetteville, NC in 1994. I`ve got a red/red 1993 Typhoon myself.
