Who auto X's?

I was just wondering if we could get a tally of who here does it, and what class they compete in. Id like to get info on what kind of upgrades people run, and what works best.

Ran for years in SM2 in the Reno SCCA region. Since moved on to road racing time trials. I might try it again for shits and giggles with the truck, but I get more thrill from indoor karts when it comes to small courses.

Since '03. ESP in the Syclone and STR in my buddy's 2000 MR-2.

Re: Who auto X's?

Im going to start looking to seriously do more events for 2011 in my region. Luckily, Central FL region of SCCA has 2 courses that are regularly scheduled events that are within close driving distance to me, so dont have to worry about long hauls. There other events areas they have are within a 2-3hr driving distance

I'll probably run in ESP unless I can get away with running in FS. :p

Re: Who auto X's?

I started in ESP, with my lifetime project camaro, then moved on to F-mod in the same car. I got screwed on the class because of some of the mods that I did. I think it was the ported mass air flow sensor that knocked me into F-mod. But in my region I always had the fastest class since I was the only one in it. I have since been running my Subie, but I don't fit into STX because I have reprogrammed the computer and it includes increasing the boost. I usually go with a couple of buddies and we run Non Comp, and compete with each other. All of this is in the Philly Region.

We also have two PRO classes (pay & no pay). Pay is a pot winner class, but we usually compete in PRO NP. There's no comp in ESP locally, so PRO NP provides someone to run against (PAX'd according to non PRO classification though).
