Hello

It was a race this weekend, and my best time was(1/8) 116 mph-6.49 (1/4) 9.92, 143 mph, . Terrible 60 foot: 1.67.(bad trackcondition)
The GT45 BB, it´s spoling incredibly fast. My problem this weekend was bad boostcontroller, but that is fixed now. Hope to get 5 PSI more boost.
This season started off with a lot of small problems, but they caused great harm. But now it seams that everything is fixed. More to come....=)

You actually damaged a 4L80E ?? wow.

The problem I have with the transmission, is that the direct clutch is burning up. The cause, is too much torq. The best thing with the transmission is that the hard parts wont brake :)

I thought the 4L80e could cold 1,200lb ft in stock form... no? Did you upgrade to greens or still stock plates?

Ofcourse that 1200 is an estimate, but maybe he is getting close to those number :dunno: His whp has to be atleast 700 maybe 750whp. The higher Hp SyTy's seem to to about 150-200ft-lbs more than Hp. At the flywheel (calculating driveline loss) I could see his torque in the over 1000ft-lb range.

The transmission is fully race build, with all the goodies, incl. billet shafts. 1200lb ft in stock form, it sounds too good to be true. I know that the transmission will be harmed from big torq. Sometimes during the racing-season I must rebuild the transmission, and change the soft parts. This is my experience.

You need about 600 whp to run a 10.99, which lines up pretty close with what my truck put down when it came from Stokes. To pull more than another second past 10.99 out of these AWD bricks I would bet Robert is putting down closer to 800+ whp or 1000+ hp at the flywheel. I would also imagine his torque is well over 1000 at the flywheel.

FWIW I ran a 10.20 on 500 whp and 10.93 on 440 whp and 11.10 on 400whp
