Not sure about the # for the stock ones. I had some bumpstops on my Cutlass lower control arms that were supposedly new GM progressive ones. I believe they are white. I'll see if I can find a number for them.

I cut mine off 3/4 of an inch. Running the belltech drop leafs and a 1/2" block. I may not be as low as most

I've been tossing th e idea around of using hydraulic bump stops like these: http://www.fourwheeler.com/product-reviews/1310-f-o-a-hydraulic-bumpstops/ The great thing about these is you don't get that huge bounce back that you get with normal bump stops. Even with my overly expensive front setup, it still bottoms out quite a bit and it bounces back like crazy. I hate it. Those might help out quite a lot.

Interesting idea! Do it and let us know how it works...

Which setup are you thinking about damian?

It's an idea I've been tossing around but never actually put any effort into research though. The one in the link has 2" travel, so it would be ideal to use IMO.

I was wanting to use them on front and the rear but those aren't cheap. Those are great because they don't cause that hard bounce back up when you hit them. I don't think those will work permanently mounted on both ends.

How about using an airride connected between chassis and rear axle so it cushens out?

It would always have to be inflated and you're just adding another spring, basically. Search YouTube for videos on hydraulic bump stops to see how they work. Offroad guys use them for big builds.
