Electric Mirrors on a Syclone?

I've done 6 installations. Even my DD POS S-10 has electric mirrors.
It's easiest to do if the Inst Panel is removed from the truck. Getting the wires from the driver door into the cab is fussy to do the right way, but if you're ok with drilling a hole through the metal and butchering the job, it goes a lot quicker.

There is no wiring for the mirrors in the basic harness. It all has to be added. The factory installed mirrors had their wiring included in the cross-body harness (which is sepreate from the rest of the IP harness.) that also has the power windows and power locks in it. 3 wires to each mirror from the switch. One power and one ground wire to the switch. The cross body harness runs up at the base of the windshield. I've made custom harnesses that run across to the passenger side through the radio area. Unless you have a reason to roll the Inst Panel back to install (or remove a junkyard harness) the harness, running the wires any way you can is probably the easiest / quickest.
