I have been contemplating getting rid of my truck, at times I want to hold on to it and other times I say to myself I'm just going to sell it. Well throwing this out there to gauge if there is any interest. I have owned this truck since 2002, I don't know how many prior owners there were. I purchased this back in Dec 2002 and it had about 98,000 miles and presently has a little over 133,000 now. The previous owner had said the engine was bored .030 over and has eagle forged pistons and rods, again going on his word. He also stated it had a 412 cam. I did a lot of reading up on these trucks before I purchased it, so when I got it home I started by throwing a walbro 255, adfp reg, new cap/rotor and fresh plugs. For the most part the truck is stock. I had it resprayed in 2005 and the paint is still very nice when cleaned up. I have also installed a racetronix fuel pump booster, scan master 3, B+M tranny cooler with RPM braided lines, tranny has a derail deep pan and a RPM 9/11 2800 stall. I purchased the tranny in the truck from a forum member on here which was built. The truck runs pretty good overall but I have battled some knock retard, I do believe its false though just for the fact that I have filled the tank with straight 100 oct unleaded and didn't help. The odd thing is if the engine gets warmer there is little as in 1-2 kr to none, I always wondered if it had anything to do with the forged pistons and possibly piston slap? The truck also has a RPM catback exhaust, aftermarket high flow cat, 160 stat , intercooler scoop and engine tie down strap.

Now here are the issues the truck does have its leaks and seeps, I not saying there bad leaks other then the power steering . It has slight oil leak, transfer case and front diff. The tranny use to shift very firm and is getting softer so I don't know the issue, possibly stretched throttle cable? I have adjusted per the way everyone does and it does nothing. I do have tiny bit of rust under the doors but there not rotted, every where else seems to be good on the truck. There are a couple small cracks on the dash, center console lid could be replaced. The window moulding and mirrors are showing there age. No syclone steering wheel. I do have the stock rims and some BBS wheels that are on the truck now. I'm looking to get $7500 OBO PM me about more details or you can text me for photos of what ever you want to see. 203-948-0748
