Was this the one on here that the owner had rebuilt the engine and it caught on fire not long after? Or was that a different green/grey?

Hate to say it, but I never thought I'd be happy to see a Ty burnt up. The dude over on s10forum who was trying to find a buyer for it sounded like he was trying to pull some shady shit. Im glad someone shed some light on its history before anyone put any serious effort, or money, toward buying it.

Yeah just went through the 0371 tear down thread, looks to be the same truck. The precision torque converter stood out. Now, whether or not the guy on S10forum actually knows the owner is a whole other story.

This truck will not be crush. Just got to my house night before last. Going to start gutting the inside this evening.

Going to post some pics of the new owner 0371 rebuild. I think a lot of this is no good.
So some info on what is and what is not would be great. And if you have time info on best replacement part :D:)
