Not sure who you guys going with for this, but I've had great luck with nitro freeze...they charge by the pound and came highly recommend by my chassis guy.

Thanks but the shop that's has done my stuff for 20 years and has 5 generations of heat treating skills is the only shop I trust..... Temprature Processing in Longmont

Ok guys the ball is rolling.... Sent one of are stock units today and had phone meeting with the manufacturer and ask everything I could think of.
After first batch we can order what ever we want and lead time will be 4 to 6 weeks.
More of a break if we order more than 1 tho.
First batch will take 4 to 6 months, longer than we first talked about but not much I can do about it.
Price is pretty firm but will know more after the reverse engineer it, might be less than 600
ALL parts are forged and them machined.
Guaranteed to 1000 horse SWEET!

I am really interested. Need to do a little research first - I've read horror stories on launches with front modified front diffs but they may have been lockers.

This is something that is interesting for sure. I could not commit to something like this and just send payment on something that has not been tested or any feedback in place yet.

Yes you should do some research! They have been using torsen diffs in Hondas for years with no torque steer or ill affects.
They will receive sample of our front diff tomorrow and I will probably send the check first thing next week to get the wheels rolling.
And by the way Hummers all have Torsen front and rear!
