Ive been working with WyoSyclone back and forth on a tune for this truck over the last few months. Tried to send you a log today Rob but it was returned saying your mail receiving is disabled, so I decided to post it up here. Log was taken today, ambient temperature was around 100 degrees. I seem to have alot of KR still and I have a fuel smell under boost that concerns me. Any help or advise is appreciated.

Log :http://sdrv.ms/MbbMBf
Bin :http://sdrv.ms/MfTcUK

Here's whats been done within the last 200 miles on the truck
-Plugs, cap, wires
-Walbro and hotwire kit from Racetronix
-Fuel filter
-Adjustable FPR set at ~43 with vac line off and plugged
-Waller turbo complete with new wg actuator, puck is cut out
-3" downpipe, cat, and muffler. DP is heat wrapped and away from the frame
-Silicone vac kit
-Voltage mod to the ECM
- Dutch Ty Lower Heat Exchanger, upgraded upper IC, metal lines deleted, Johnson pump
-2.8 style engine mounts
-Verified timing is at 0 degrees with tan wire disconnected
-Bike tube test shows small leak at throttle shaft.

Good to know your email changed. Any chance you got to have a look? I will have a bit of time this weekend to drive. Its hot here again and making the KR worse:tdown:

Couple things I haven't seen you mention:

Do you have a wideband installed, I found you need one to tune?????

Have you tried Xylene or Torco, to see if it's false???

I'm still battling knock issues myself!!!!!

Yes Im using a wideband and code59. I tried xylene earlier and had reduced knock but I still had real bad motor mounts. Ive moved trans lines, checked fuel lines, removed broken spark plug heat shields, checked flywheel for cracks. If its false I have no idea whats causing it. I've thought of knock sensor relocation but from what Ive read it doesnt seem to help.

In my case I think piston slap is my root cause, and also have thought about moving my sensor.

I now have a knock meter which does help monitor and analyze.

What are you using for a knock meter? Is your piston slap audible?
