Missing records on datamster for a few seconds during track run.

Went to the track last week end and made 2 pass.
On both run, there are a few seconds missing on datamaster files.

Could it be a Bad ECM/chip or somthing else??

On my first run 4 seconds are missing and the second run 5 seconds missing.
This is the critical time, top end of the 1/4 mile just when it start detonating.
Both missing time is when the detonotation stated.
On the second run the truck cutout twice , it could be because or overboost to knock. Can't tell missing DM record.

It seem to only be missing on th 1/4 run, I drove 1 1/2 hr back home and nothing missing on DM.

Can someone host my DM file please


First pass 12.824 @ 104.31
Second 12.581 @ 105.41

I have seen this caused by a number of things:

- Inadequate/Poor ECM Grounding
- Faulty ECM
- Voltage Drop

I personally had a bad ECM with mine, but I fixed a buddies by cleaning (and installing new) grounds. Several have commented on voltage drop as a possibility in the past.

Hope this gives you some help.....I'd personally start with grounding, as you can never have enough good clean grounds in a vehicle.
