Thats Allen Nelson out of San Antonio TX.
His Truck has a 408" TT-76mm running on 116.

...I'm curious about shredding of the three tickets (seems the recourse is jail time or a bench warrant
unless TX has different rules). Any thoughts?

if you lose your tickets you don't get jail time. If he doesn't pay them, then yes he'll have a bench warrant served. But throwing them away, losing them, the dog eating them, discarding them....is not an offense.

Its all staged...You can right down multiple offenses on a single ticket.;)

The truck was running high 8's about a week ago at the annual ls1 truck shoot out. He blew a head gasket on his final run.
All the front suspension is stock. All metal except body except for the side step bed. I asked him how much it weighted he said 3850 or so...
